Not sure how urgent this is, but I noticed on creating a male character and choosing bust size that repeatedly going back to that selection and choosing a size other than flat would add extra femininity on top of whatever your previous bust size gave you, effectively allowing you to maximize femininity on a male character during creation. Wouldn't be surprised if this went under #wontfix, just thought it was interesting.
