I'm sick.
My family is sick.
My friends are sick.
Is an old fashioned epidemic for something like the flu.
I am in need of soup recipes, can you please help?
I could have just googled some recipes, but this is more interesting! <3

lazy/tired sick person soup:
veggie or chicken broth. heat it up. Throw noodles or pasta in it if desired.
while that's goin on, crush A TON of garlic. Just a shitton of fresh garlic. Like a whole bulb of it. Garlic is crazy good for you. Dice a whole onion. Add diced tomatoes or diced zucchini or sliced mushrooms if you like those
Throw the garlic/onions/veggies in a skillet with olive oil on medium high. Once the garlic is nice and gold and the onions are translucent, throw the veggies in the broth with the noodles. Let it simmer for like ten minutes
Add salt/pepper/thyme/herbs du provence/whatever. Serve with toast.
I hope you guys feel better soon!

My 'raman' soup consists of:
  • 1 raman pack
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 an onion
  • 1 tsp of margarine
  • (optional) 2-3 mushrooms
  • (optional) Assorted vegetables
  • (optional) Leftover meat, preferably chicken or pork
  • (optional) Garlic, but usually only if there are no other additions available
Preparation:
  1. Mix water and milk, then bring to a boil. Make sure it doesn't boil over.
  2. Reduce to medium heat. Add egg, make sure to break yoke and stir periodically throughout the rest of preperation.
  3. After a few minutes, add diced onions and assorted vegetables (if raw).
  4. Wait another minute, add sliced up mushrooms and assorted vegetables (if cooked).
  5. Wait another minute, then add the leftover meat.
  6. After another minute, stir in margarine, remove from heat.
  7. Add raman pack to serving bowl and 1/2 the flavor packet, breaking up the noodles thoroughly.
  8. Pour soup into serving bowl.
  9. Allow the soup to soften the noodles for about 3 minutes before eating.
