If you are Soulbound, and I believe the only one at this time you can bind yourself too is Keros, does the corruption mechanic no longer apply, or does it remain in affect?
As Savin put it, the pantheon TFs don't change how the Corruption mechanic affects personality and things like sex options because 'You're still you'.
Existing or future Bad Ends where you lose your 'soul' are accounted for by the fake soul that Keros fashions for you (presumably any other pantheon TFs would do something similar) to avoid breaking the narrative.
