You gathered up Picardine, Savicite and the Gem Sack like I did. Neat. Can't fault you for not wanting to gather up 20 Kirkite or Satyrite Crystals, took a while. My main Steele is something like 1400+ days.

I picked up Satyrite, not Savicite. The main reason for me not keeping Savicite and Kirkite on my ship is that those gemstones are dark green, a color that I dislike a bit.

Satyrite kinda look's like cat's eye, white picardine is supposed to resemble red-tinted quartz.

Honestly, I'll deal with that compatibility issue if and when the ship upgrade at long last gets actually released, which I'm currently assuming it's not going to be anytime soon. I've tired of waiting and assuming it's going to happen in the near future, and getting more storage space was a present and pressing concern, as you may guess from my items list. To include Hand So in the crew, another worthwhile content indefinitely stalemated by the ship upgrade vaporware, I can't do anything, but about storage expansion, I now have an easy, immediate, and apparently functional save edit solution (just don't make storage slots greater than 40), and I'm going to use it. Anyway, if and when the ship upgrade actually comes, I suppose a few other save edit adjustments should allow me to transfer my items list from personal hack to official upgrade without too much trouble.

If you ask my opinion, since ship upgrade is taking so much to be completed, the fault lies with developers for having kept storage space so small when they have been releasing tons of new collectable items. If adjusting storage size is actually so easy in coding terms, they could and should give us an interim storage expansion upgrade by similar means to this hack to balance storage space with number of items in game. Pretty much the same way they keep adding new crew members that are automatically assumed to fit by some space-bending magic in the ridiculously insufficient space of Steele's ship. Inventory expansion items have been a most useful and welcome help for this issue and I'm thankful for them, but they alone cannot be the whole solution.

While I intend to add a third drop at this point, I feel that having more uses than available resources creates the need for the PC to make meaningful choices about who they’d like to augment in such a way.

That said, i think there should be greater focus on different types of synth-dongs than increased synth-horse-dongs.
