Well I did it. it was a hell of a challenge but I actually managed to solo all of act one with no companions outside of dungeons where they're required. I had to experiment a lot and change my whole build a few times in order to win some fights. I also made it a bit easier on myself by parleying where I could ad. So here is the full rundown of my solo playthrough with my bimbo character Dumbun.

Easy boss at level 3 I used Kiyoko but you could probably make do with the regular flame spirit summon, crowd clear for the for the first wave and a high damage attack for the boss

Now I did this at level 4 which is very ill advised when playing solo. The Strat is pretty much a damage race with him and level 4 19 times out of 20 you're gonna lose but ultimately I won once and never did it again

very easy level 4 boss Berwyn is obviously required but you just quickly burst her down with single target damage

I ran from every Ghost Except Magna and parleyed with Jarl Gunvaldsen. I tried fighting him but he's to strong at level 5 I think. no build I tried even came close. Magna went down fairly easy though start with Charge weapon then Burst her down in a damage race

the Queen and the other bosses in this dungeon have some very High damage attacks but are otherwise not too threatening prince Nyz and the honey golem were probably the most challenging bosses there. done at level 5

Okay so this was a tough one even at level 6. the door woman Azami was hands down the most difficult one to get past since she can do her encounter skill almost immediately, but with Das. trick followed up by shadow strike you should hopefully kill her before she gets it off. as for her lackeys it was a damage race I was just barely able to win. with the artificer you to you're summon and have it soak up damage while you tease him down. Same with Nakano only using damage instead. Here you switch from summon back to Das. trick two shot Miko with Das. trick and shadow strike finish Mai with an Assassinate. Finally Komari who was the easiest believe it or not she uses Kitsunesuki immediatetly use a Remedy and then burst her down with Das. trick and Shadow strike she folds like paper and doesn't do that much damage

not to tough at level 6. have high armor a buffed summon and heal equipped and just hold out

Hretha and Infrith are fairly easy but don't underestimate their damage out. If you can Burst Hretha and Gerrick Fast enough Infrith is just a big green Marshmallow. Argoth was no Challenge at all just one shot Benny with Assassinate and the Chief with Das Trick or if you want to go the other route just one shot him with an Assassinate. Now another thing I found with this dungeon is that in the camp you can fight a group of Guards open the the gate and then leave and comeback to finish the quest later. Do with that knowledge what you will

Class changing to white mage and putting on Evergreen bountiful bag and changing my stats to Max out willpower and toughness I was able to Tank and heal my way through every attack and periodically hit them with an arc cannon.

I parleyed with the chief himself but for the fights leading up to it was nothing noteworthy just keep an eye on your resolve and none of them should give you too much trouble. I stuck with white mage and let my summon handle the fights

She's a pain in the ass. She's rathe tanky on top of being very damaging along with her warg I only just managed to beat them after my summon lasted long enough to take her out and the warg was low enough that I could finish it off.

This is where I rediscover just how damaging Eviscerate with the C.petal can be. After switching back to warrior class I basically two shot every boss in the castle with sure shot followed by Eviscerate except Alissa who used Assassinate on after she somehow survived it.

Theres something funny about the artifice testing, just watching the champ take a fucking beating and keep healing it and then Keros is like "Damn, how could I NOT make that my champ". But honestly fucking impressive dude.
