...would it be better for patreon backers to move, or is it inconsequential until the inevitable ban? If so, subscribestar or sponsus? I know very little about either.
So I noticed Patreon is no longer linked on the website...

We don't have fenoxo.com account integration with Sponsus or Subscribestar right now, so if you play backer builds online then you should stay on Patreon for now. You can only play the download builds that we post on them at the moment.
