I have a strong urge to recreate this for Steele in TiTS...the question is what kind of transformations should I go for?
I think I should start with some Bovine and/or Draconic horns with some body piercings but other than that I'm uncertain.
I just did this with my own Amazon Mercenary (with the help of a little save editing to maintain my sanity).
IMO it would be best to start off with a half-gryvain, dark green scales, tan or fair skin (depending on wether you're going for blonde/fair or redhaired/tan version)
Either get treated into an amazon or chug down Amazona/Futazona for the build (or both)
DracoGuard for horn growth, IMO Gryvain horns are the closest to Bowsette's. If you got treated you'd need to remove the cow/ram horns with Terran treats first.
If you didn't start off as a half-gryvain, this is where it would get complicated... You'd need to save-scum DracoGuard until you got green scales, as far as I know there's no way to change the color of them once you have them.
Skin and Hair color can be easily adjusted throught the use of Pickmentation and Ceria's services, respectively.
The last part, which is a bit of a YMMV, I used a dose of Sylvanol to change the frilled ears to elven ones. If you'd rather have human ears you'd have to savescum with Terran Treats to get them without loosing the other features.

Wow. Nintendo really fucked up when they made that item. They were not thinking at all. Personally I think a cumcow treated gryvain would fit for this. She could just have a backpack or something that resembles a shell.

My only issue is with the descripter it says Gryvain horns slow backwards, in most of the art I see of Bowsette they're either straight up or sloping forwards like Bovine horns would.

IMO Gryvain horns are the closest fit. IIRC cow horns slope to the front (might be misremembering here since I dont' really play treated characters aside from this one) and the others have different descriptors.

Which is why I wanted a cumcow version because there's already an Amazon cow and being a Dom is a natural thing that can occur in a person. The treatment does state that rarely cows can become more aggressive instead of submissive. That doesn't directly state Amazon. But whatever I'm sure Zephyr at a Halloween party would work as well.
