So how bad is 200 Libido. Plus 3 things.

Yer just as the title says. Second question is how is it with Energizing Libido. Third is how much does ice cold starting perk mitigate 200 libido. And finally is the treatment meant to always hit 100% taint. I don't think it would be majorly bad as to my knowledge lust can't get to 100% just by time passing by walking around.

Also if it is really bad then treatment just got nerfed.

My character is pre-taint Treated with with 120 libido, ultra-exhibitionist with the slut tramp stamp that increase lust if lower half is covered and she can move about 5-10 steps before needing relief. 200 libido sounds like a constant need for relief.

I got away with just 8% Taint when I tested out the Treatment with the Taint system the other day. I'm pretty sure the 100% Taint thing is a bug, especially since the item blurb says it only causes moderate levels of Taint.
