Tittle, basically. Saw post from 2 years ago on comands, but I'm mainly play steam version now, so I don't know how to transfer my CG/Busts progress from time I play Windows ver.

You can't, console commands are part of the browser, not the game. You can save to file, load that up in the browser version, play with the console and then reverse the process to get the modified file into your version of choice.

I'm not sure about steam, but in the downloadable version, you can press ctrl+shift+i to open console. Or press alt, go to View > Toggle Developer Tools.
