I went through the flags to find which is responsible for "Rapier Skill (Out of 4):" so I could change it to four since I don't wanna flip my appearence back around to Raph's preferences. Also I'm not even sure if he will return because I sold him out for the fat stacks and the wiki said the consequences of doing so hadn't been mapped yet.
Anyway I found the flag value (137 btw), and wanted to add it to the wiki even if it would mean that the flag array chart only had that on it. However, there's no way to create an account from the smutosaur website to the best of my searching, hence no way to add it to the site.
If anyone here can direct me to somehow creating an account to add shit or can do it themselves I would appreciate it.
