smaller busts?

Smaller as in take up less if the screen, or smaller as in smaller bits on the characters?
If it's the latter, don't expect any change, artists aren't going to change their style because of the complaints of a small group of people.
There's multiple bust for each (most) character, and there's probably one that suits your tastes. If not, you can always play with bust off.
Also I don't know if you realized, but a lot of characters in this game have huge tits with busts (no pun intended) to match.

If the post you saw was recent, it was likely this one, and simply informing us plebs that new character art had been added.
EDIT: And no, none of them are alternate versions specifically for smaller busts.

There is not many busts that would match quite close desc of npc ingame. As noted above mostly due to personal preference of artists. But the quite noticable is/was that many kaithrit one npc's bust wasn't living up to desc of npc's. So for the thing you have trouble with it may be worth look which from more often drawning artists preffer large breast style and try encourage him/her to drawn some more specific npc that may need to have mroe matching pic.
I'm referring to the descriptions, I don't particularly care for images. Are you saying there is a way to reduce the size by description of each character? where is this hidden gem of a setting?

Normally when people mention busts aroun here they're talking about character busts, as in the images in the corner of the screen, and that's what I was referring too.
There's quite a few characters with proportionate breasts too, you know.
We all know a lot of the characters aren't gonna stop being written to have big tits.
The writers wrote THEIR characters that way, and they always will. They aren't gonna add some 'mode' or anything like that that makes them smaller just to appeal to YOU.

You've won the award for "Most Infuriatingly Fake-Deep" with this one. At least for the context in which you decided to bust it out.
In any case, you're not gonna get your "Itty Bitty Titty Mode" for TiTS any time soon, since most of these characters were written to have large breasts, presumably because their authors like large breasts. Your best bet is to enjoy the characters that happen to have smaller assets (of which there are more than you'd think), or hope that more characters within the A-C cup range are written.
Come on guys, there's no need to be so abrasive. Sad as it sounds, the artists/writers that will make small breasts are a minority. The name of the game is T.I.T.S, after all.
Even with that, I'm pretty sure that some of us would love a breast-reduction set of interactions for a few NPC's. We have ways to increase the breast size of some of them, so it's fair to have the posibility of doing the opposite becomes available, even if it's in a couple of them only. That, and my dreams of having a FtM char to counter-balance all those MtF characters will remain mostly in my dreams, sadly.

You can reduce Gianna's and Bess' bust size. And I doubt any other breast-having characters would want to shrink their bust size.

well not to step on anyones toes but i do some drawing myself (none of it digital so i cant help here, yet) but i dont draw ridiculous size tits when i draw girls its usually maybe like c and lowere if this scale system works like i think it does

When in reality any woman larger than say an american D-cup invariably has back issues as a result of said breasticles of doom. But hey I like me some itty bitty titties myself

Sadly, but it's really not up to you of how a character looks like, it's for the author to decide. If an author wants to write a fantasy big-chested person that strains character's back or big-butted that the character can barely move, he or she will probably do it because that's their ideal character. At most you can expect is if the author added options for players to customise the character's appearance (ex. Bess, Gianna)
In universe, it's somewhat of a given for characters - particularly ones you actually meet and interact with - to have large endowments. Modifications for DIX and TITS are relatively cheap and plentiful, after all, while it being The Future I'm sure such issues as trouser space and back pain might be alleviated. Of course that just makes the infamous "D-cup" galatic standard but hey.

I feel that "never" is a strong stance. There are a small minority of small breasted ladies in T.I.T.S. I'd be hard pressed to name them all but Shekka comes to mind as well as a bit character you could sex a guard I believe on the world where you get the upgraded doggie drone I think. The point being that they are there but not in much quantity, and I'm almost certain the only character you can get on your ship that could be "small stacked" is Bess.
I kind of treat it like Japanese echii of whatever kind drop the breast size 2-3 cups and you're probably looking at something that fits a bit better, at least to the reality in my head.
You misanderstand. It was not about gals with smaller cup sizes existing in the TiTSverse or about characters whose cup size can be reduced, but about a general reduction of cup size across the board. Which for the amount of effort of going through the whole game's worth of contant and adjusting it for a mode where busty characters are less busty is never going to happen.
