I'm not sure what exactly the difference is. Stretchy says it "accommodates" large insertions, but the wiki says it reduces vaginal capacity. Size queen increases capacity, but sets maximum stretch to 50%. I guess the problem is that I don't know how "capacity" and "looseness" stats actually work. I want to know which to pick for my character to be able to take giant demon cock like a champ.

Any champion can take giant demon cock like a champ, it's just a question of do you want your orifices to return to being 'tight' not long afterwards (stretchy) or to stay 'loose' for future insertions (size monarch).
