Do you want things that cater specifically to the sissy fetish or just general trap/femboy/androgyny content? Personally I don't care for but still tolerate the fetish since there's an overlap with the type of content I do like and you often have to take what you can get so I have stumbled across a number of games that were more focused on sissy content if that what you're looking for.
If you're cool with differently focused content of that sort then it'll be a bigger list (though not terribly big unfortunately since, I'm assuming here, you're looking for player-femboy content and that's a niche of a niche).

Okay then, first the games (other than CoC, TiTS, and FoE which I assume you're already familiar with) with a character creator that allows for that body type. Obviously not -the- focus of the game but there's usually some dedicated content spread throughout:

You're Dead, Try Again: http://www.tfgamessite.com/index.php?module=viewgame&id=323. Less routes than Devious World but more of them are fleshed out. Some trap content and a lengthy sissy-focused route from what I remember.
Those are what I can recall off the top of my head. When I get back from visiting the family for Christmas I might try and dig up others I've seen if I can keep it in mind.

- Venture Seas: http://virtuousdevelopment.com/wp/. This one's been going for longer though still early in alpha. No dedicated femboy content yet but your PC can start with the body type and if you haven't already you should check out their previous game, Euphorian Tides, which was abandoned but still has quite a lot of content (especially m/m content) and you can, of course, be a femboy/trap.
- Lust Doll: https://forum.fenoxo.com/threads/lust-doll.529/. A cool minimalist RPG Maker game with a fairly robust character creator. A lot of the sexual content seems to be fairly fetishy (mainly sub focused and f/m or f/f, I think?) and I haven't actually experienced a whole ton of it myself but I really like the general Megaten-meets-Fallout setting and atmosphere of it. It's very open-ended without being one of those "it's an open world RPG Maker game where you can do anything! (translation: I can't think of a story so I fill bits and pieces of unfocused content in here and there)" types of things that doesn't actually have anything to do. Lots of opportunity for dress up with tons of clothing options and that's personally one of my favorite things to do with this type of content.
- Slablands: http://boards.4chan.org/vg/thread/162496051. That's -probably- current but you can never be sure. Honestly it's a terrible CoC knockoff made by 4channers who thought they could easily create something better than Fenoxo and shat out this incomprehensible mess of a game with this bafflingly awful WoW fanfiction grimdark opening that really has nothing to do with the rest of the game (which is basically going around to different towns and raping mob monsters - like 75% of the sexual content is just raping things for no discernible reason). I only mention it because, despite shitting the bed on literally everything else, it probably has the best system for trap-type characters I've seen in one of these games and a ton of actual support for the feature. Basically it has most other characters assume that your PC is a boy/girl (depending on which way you're going with it) and you can either spill the beans or play along with it and that sort of nymphish coquettishness is the only fun to be had with it.

An inform (text adventure) game that's mostly furry-focused but also has mythological creatures, robots, living plush toys, and all sorts of other things. Lots of possibilities to get most any body type but whether there's any actual content involving it beyond the initial transformation is a total case-by-case crapshoot. A few clothing options. The quality of its writing varies wildly but there's a massive amount of it so if you've never played it there's probs some gold to be mined.

- Trap Quest: http://www.trapquest.com/#. Another text adventure focused around exploring a dungeon full of traps that try to both feminize you and turn you into a slut. It's a bit clunky and has quite a lot of highly fetishy stuff that would turn people off but it's very good about allowing you to toggle any of its content on and off and to control how the experience goes. If you don't want to grow boobs to keep the femboy/trap body type, for example, you can set the maximum size and it won't go any higher than that. More sissy and bimbo-focused than I usually like but if you do like that stuff it's certainly worth checking out.
- Witch's Familiar: http://www.tfgamessite.com/index.php?module=viewgame&id=927. It's a twine game where the main Thing is that the main character gets bound to a witch and becomes an animal girl or "girl" - ears-and-tail type, not furry. Very cool and creative character creation and it focuses more on cuteness with a submissive-but-not-super-fetishy bent, which is one of my favorite angles for it, and while there is a f/m or f/f focus it does advertise that there'll be m/m as it develops. Hasn't updated in a while and stops in the early stages but that's still a decent amount of content.

Trap Quest and CoC inspired text adventure where the main focus is on mob monsters trying to rape the PC and make him more feminine. Lots of m/m content and a good amount of content in general though, as is the trend with most adult game projects, it's not been updated in at least a year and might've been abandoned.
- Magical Camp: http://www.tfgamessite.com/index.php?module=viewgame&id=812. An RPG Maker game about a boy who winds up at boot camp for magical girls and has to disguise himself as one. There aren't really any guys other than the MC in any large capacity so there won't be m/m content (and it's really more of a PG-13 lewd anime harem type thing than a sex game anyway) but as far as games centered around the idea go this one's both a lot of fun to play, has tons of potential trap-focused transformations (which are totally optional - it's actually got quite a clever system where these types of transformations are how the main character gains strength so it's a balance between having to get more magical girly to overcome challenges and trying to hold on to some sense of his masculinity), and while the creator isn't a native speaker and not a stellar writer he does have solid ideas and a lot of help with proofreading so it's highly recommended.
- Choker Change: http://www.tfgamessite.com/index.php?module=viewgame&id=746. Flimsy premise but the idea is that your PC is stuck with magic collars that compel him to act slutty, feminize him, etc. Lots of m/m content and if you like bimbo and cumslut content it's right in that strike zone.
- The Pearl of the Caribbean: http://www.tfgamessite.com/index.php?module=viewgame&id=1024. Not much content yet since it's new but the whole premise is that the PC becomes a sissy for a pirate crew so that's the flavor of all the content.
- Masculine Mystique: http://www.tfgamessite.com/index.php?module=viewgame&id=82. Can't imagine you haven't played this one but if not it'll be enough to keep you occupied for days. While it was abandoned there is a -ton- of content that focuses specifically on the sissy fetish. All the writing is very porny but if you're looking for wank material and want sissy content this is the motherlode.
Tales of Androgyny: https://majalis.itch.io/tales-of-androgyny. Formerly Trap RPG, the concept is a roguelike styled after Monster Girl Quest. It does have its own dedicated artist and writer team so it does and will have unique artwork and they're going for a decent battle system but to me the actual content was much more focused on girls with dongs despite the main character being a trap. Apparently there will be more femboy-flavored content in the future as well as f/m and m/m to balance out all the dickgirls but who knows how that's actually going to play out. Still worth a look.

As far as I read on the chans discussing this game it isn't just a ripoff, no they say that SAVIN himself started it and then bailed to Fen hence abandoning it. And they are quiet salty/angry about it. (confirmation pending)
Now my own question: Does anyone know of good sissy/trap/whathaveyou games where the player ISN'T on the recieving end/the sissy/trap/etc.? I mean: PC isn't transformed/is the sissy/trap himself but turns others into them/bangs em?
In late 2012, I pitched an idea to Fenoxo for Corruption of Champions II, and he gave me the green light to make the game -- but only when the original CoC was done. Which, we all thought, was right around the corner. lol. In order to get started on it, I created a "proof of concept" for CoC2 called SavIP (aka Savin's Intellectual Property), which was basically the pitch but with all the names changed. When it became clear that Fen had no intention of finishing CoC, though, I abandoned the project. Also because I couldn't get Save/Load working after like 3 months of work :V.
So, Slablands (assuming it's the same one I'm thinking of) started out back in... early 2013? Someone from /vg/, of which I used to be a frequent poster, asked if he could pick up the abandoned project and use some of the stuff I'd made for his own game in Ren'py. I said sure -- I wasn't gonna use it anyway. I haven't kept up on Slabland's development at all (I've never even played it). I don't know why anybody would be buttmad at me for abandoning it when the entire point of it was cockblocked for the next 3 years, but whatever.
The good news is I did manage to re-use (heavily rewritten versions of) SavIP's combat encounters in the actual Corruption of Champions II that may or may not be in production now that CoC's finally done.
