While there is no TF for Simii in the game and it seems the race contributor won't be making one, there is a way to be a Simii in game cause the template for it exists in game... just requires save editing to be one (something not condoned by Fenoxo, but they recognize it with the disclaimer that if you're gonna do it, do it at your own discretion and back up your saves cause they aren't responsible if you screw up your save).
I use TiTSed to do it and while no info exists to get the face; the ears, arms, legs and tail exist and that's all you need for the game to recognize you as and treat you like a Simii.
As proof, I present you with the base character template I like to start play as:
