Is there a list of silly mode content somewhere?

No. You can get an incomplete list from searching the wiki but that mostly covers description variants. You could try looking through the various docs that writers have shared (either publicly or in some cases tor paying subscribers) to see exactly where they make use of the Silly parser but those would only cover specific instances. Basically, you have to find a lot of it for yourself.

There are probably several thousand silly parser instances throughout the game's text. I don't think that making a full list is a practical matter.

See if there was a list I'd imagine you'd also need to cite the reference the silly makes. And that...would be a nightmare.
