Shortcut button on the inventory menu didn't work

It seem shortcut keys work fine with every menu but not with this particular one when you open your inventory and navigate through each tab to open and closed it.

They don't work in Shops or Storage, either.

Edit 1: Also, pressing Esc/F1 for Main Menu/Save & Load while in the Storage menu soft-locks.
Edit 2: So does accessing them through non-hotkeys while in Storage
