ship combat bug

so this bug is kinda weird but basically my ship already had guns but they weren't working and the game acted like they both did and didn't exist cause well, i couldn't have sa mechanic remove them but after i added new guns, the olds ones were still affecting my power drain every time i shot. my save is a converted one from the old flash version of TiTS and my ship is the sidewinder

oh i should also mention sophora is kinda buggy, like after beating her in a fight, it tells me i'm still in combat when i'm not. does not go away until i get another encounter that isn't her

You might want to post your save.

My Sidewinder has 2x Missile Turrets which work, but replaced the Fixed Equipment during the conversion (which gives me two more slots).

side winder has no fixed guns and only 3 slots so no idea how you got 4 guns on sidewinder

No, but when I converted from Flash, the Missile Turrets become Fixed, replacing the default Heavy Armor. They no longer count toward Modules (but I can sell them). And I didn't buy more. i have just the two.

Similar behavior on a save using the MS-XI.

Also, is the only way to see your Ship stats Codex->Stats->Location? I know the button on the ship got disabled early because it crashed, but I don't think it got enabled after the systems were in.
