Sheila's corruption removal

Is there a way to remove Sheila's corruption?

Once she goes full evil that's it. But before that point you can bang her with low/no corruption to reduce hers.

She is at 30 but she won't go any lower no matter how many times I fuck her.

If i recall, her corruption drops to half way between your corruption level and hers every time you fuck her, so do you have 30 corruption?

My corruption level is at zero

Every time I encounter her she says that she doesn't want anything to do with me this and to leave her alone.

While I never choose to go this route, perhaps you had the champ insist on talking with her when she clearly didn't want to. The wiki can be a crapshoot when it comes to reliability, but it seems to imply that pestering her during the initial encounter locks her to being hostile with the champ. You likely can't progress with her if that is the case.

The only option I have is to either fight or leave.

Sounds like you persisted on talking with her during the initial encounter. I don't know if she warms up to the champ if you leave her alone for a while; you may have goofed up. If that is the case, you'll have to edit your save file (assuming you don't want to start all over).
