Was able to meet Shade in her home once for the lovers scene, and haven’t been able to get in since. She also hasn’t been in the bar. Codex says she’s active but I have no way to get to her.

I haven't been able to get into her house at all. After meeting her and her daughter at the bar, the buzzer option is greyed out while she is at the bar, and then disappears entirely during the evening hours.
