ive had all to most of the conversations with her and worked with her a lot.

yet whenever I go to meet her its just drinking the milk.

what gives?
do I need to be partly to fully addicted?

Once Marble has been met, she can be encountered regularly on the farm, either going to the milker, in her room and willing to talk (which increases the player's Intelligence) (if her Affection has been raised to 60 or higher, Marble will offer them sex afterwards)

issue is I don't know what my 'affection' with her is, its not listed anywhere, even when I check the raw data on Save editor.

even tried searching the data section, got Marble stuff,
and Affection stuff, but no Marble Affection.

Have you done chores for Whitney? Sometimes you'll help Marble out with her chores and that will raise her Affection.
