To train her properly, you have to look for keywords in the paragraphs when observing her- my advice is to wait until she's properly aroused, and give her release.
I don't remember much about punishments, but I'm pretty sure she doesn't like them, and it lowers your bond. To make her aroused, you should have sex with her normally, then deny her- it should build up until she's hella horn, and that's when you let her cum.

Punishments don't seem to work at all in terms of actually raising her loyalty and just seems to tank it no matter what the circumstances are. You can moniter her lust via the codex under "Log" -> "Tavros".

What I generally find works is: If Penis, then Ride x2, then cock tease -> release. It always works as long as you start with low lust.

If you had her penis removed, then Cunt tease -> deny x2, then Anal seems to be the most efficient.

Punishments are best saved for after you've already reached max loyalty and done the special cock/cuntease or ride variants that signal the end of her training.

What's the window of time you have in order for that to work? I've only seen it lower her loyalty by a significant amount, but maybe my timing is off.

I'm not sure about the timing. When I do want to do a punishment when training Sera, I just watch the codex frequently and when it hits 100, I zoom straight to her room in time to see her smugly smile over a bunch of rolled up tissues.

i finally trained her, i noticed that teasing and denying her twice, then waiting a little works surprisingly well to get her to masturbate so you can punish. also teasing twice then letting her cum seems to work well too
