I have no idea how to get Sera to be my sub. Can someone please tell me how to start it out. Thanks

The most simple way to start is to sell Sera stuff until she won't buy anything from you. Then, you go to "Sentient Acquisitions" who have setup next to "Happy Tails" to ask for and buy out Sera's contract.
Another way to do it is become submissive to Sera and do poorly at her party. After that you would have to go to the same slavers and buy out Sera's contract.
