My Steele is currently giving Sera some time off from being a baby factory, so she is both infertile and sterile. Yet, she was throwing up when Steele went to check up on her. But the next turn, she was back to normal, and was showing not pregnant, infertile and sterile. Of course, I don't have a save to share, and I don't have a way to reproduce it, but I thought I'd at least mention it.
Sera puking when not pregnant?

Hopefully fixed for the next release. Sera's morning sickness is on a timer (for about 2 hours when she gets it), so you might have hit some kind of edge case. The change should automatically remove her morning sickness if she's no longer pregnant when you attempt to visit her.
