That definitely sounds like the dream that only occurs if Sera is a crew member and thus Steele's sub. The same dream also requires Anno and at least two other crew members, and for Halloween events to be active. There's a different dream if Steele is Sera's sub, which doesn't have any other requirements and takes place in a fantasy 'demons live here'-type setting.
