There's nothing wrong with your save file, the artwork just wasn't enabled in her bust parsing function--which means the image should have been hidden in the gallery, but it wasn't.
I'll enable the code for it to appear in the next release, so you should be able to see it (if she's nude and erect; basically her lust needs to be high during a sex scene). I think it was disabled initially because Sera has so many bust variations, and not all of them are done by the same artist, which may make it seem jarring when the art style constantly fluctuates. I think it's good to allow it now since a new feature will also come in the next release that should help players have more control over the bust art being displayed.
