As the title suggests, I would like to know if its possible to lock certain body parts and transform others? I'm interested in making a character that is a mixture of dryad (cerespirine) and fae (sylvanol) but I'm worried that once I start taking one it will nullify the changes of the other. What do I do?

No there is not. However, in your case a dryad/fae should be fairly doable with minimal save scumming since both of those TF don't really TF over eachother. I think Cerespirine and sylvanol compete with eachother on wing type and skin, eye, and hair color. So if you want dryad coloring, use sylvanol first. If you want fae coloring, use cerespirin first.
