Saving the game?

Apologies if this is a dumb ore repeated question, but I looked around and I couldn't find anything that helped. I have TiTS downloaded from the here on the Fenoxo website (0.6.52) but the "Save to file" doesn't work at all? The game screen will change to say "Attempting to save file" And I'll save the ".tits" File to my folder, but then when I open that folder there is no ".tits" file in it at all? How am I supposed to save my game and come back to it later?

I also can't have two regular "Save" 's?
