Save file slot 1 will not open

This is in patch 0.7.19 upon starting up the save after downloading it I went to start up the save file in slot 1. The file is from my browser data and was not saved to the hard drive. When I clicked on the button to start up the save file the screen stays on the load files menu but all of the save buttons used to start up the other save files. Once I click on the button to reopen the save files I get the error message.
