dont change the stats on the stats page, only safe way to alter stats is to go to perks and find starting bonuses and change the values, 1=strength, 2 = toughness, 3=agility, 4 = cunning, 5= will power, 6= presence
Do note that save editing is not supported by the devs, you will be nagged from now until eternity by the game when it detects you doing so and you will bork your saves for purposes of bug reporting because there's no point in trying to track down 'bugs' which were caused by players stuffing around with their files and making the game divide by zero.
Can i use this same editor in current version also?
Do I need to change the values also for them to work for perks such as Milky, Breeder, Size Queen, etc.
Who cares? You get one nag, when you load, and that's it. You look ridiculous with the dev's testicles on your forehead.
Also, who bug reports? Anyone who does that outs themselves as a lapdog little bootlicker because nobody checks those or doesn't anything with them unless they feel like it. What's it like to have such little self-awareness that you conduct yourself like this shamelessly, and in public?
