I'v tried everything I can think of, it just doesn't work. Is there a way to use a save editor with chromebook, or is it just impossible? Please and thank you.

From the first post in the editor thread:

HOW TO USE
  1. Get a Windows computer running at least .Net Framework 4.
    • No it will not run on Linux/Mac, no not even with Mono/Wine/dotNetCore/etc. Yes I am serious.
    • No it will not run on mobile. No there are no plans to port it.
    • While untested, it should be possible to run it in a Virtual Machine with a Windows guest meeting the above requirements.

If it's like mobile you can import a save file to PC, then edit it, and import the new file onto the chromebook. I just used a USB, couldn't resist those cybernetic eyes.

This maties, +1. Arrrrr!

There is simply no existent, simple way for mobile & tablet users to edit save files.

You'll need to browse your portable unit's storage and doctor the file on a Windows pc before sending it back to your portable.

Online Minerva used to be my girl until it started corrupting things from the save files growing too large. Extranet spam mail, etc. TiTSed is my steady now, my girl does what I like for the asking and still allows raw editing. Not sure how slow it is on other systems, but it eventually goes right after a pause on an octocore x86 @ 5GHz.

...eventually. ;>
