Sandre & Caera corruption at the Wayfort

After inviting Sandre & Caera to the Wayfort the player has the option to tell them to stop their corruption. What does this actually do?

I might also include a scene with them if Drifa is corrupt, basically hinting that she can go down a demon route. Of course, that won't be written any time soon due to my lengthy backlog
