Not really much of a big deal, but near the beginning of the quest (when your character hears voices) it says:
"Getting down on all fours, you creep forward across the damp, slimy rock and into the darkness, trying to catch more of the conversation that's going on above you. They can't be that high up if you're able to catch their conversation like this; one storey, perhaps? Or maybe the cavern's shape is focusing the sound towards you?"
