Sam is missing from my crew(resolved)

I am pretty sure I didn't kick her, I was sleeping with her at first and then went to talk to Reaha to sleep with her. When I wanted to talk to Sam I noticed that she is no longer in my crew and I have no idea where to look for her. Can someone help me get her back?
