I'm actually trying to roleplay my character this time around so I wanted to see if I could get some lore on Mander naming conventions, specifically surnames. "en Tychris" is the only one we've seen in-game so far, and I'm mainly wondering if the "en" is reserved for royalty or if Salamander nobility in general use it.

Depends on the culture they're from.

The 'manders of Tychris are part of the wider Belharan culture, in which noble families often used "en [clan or holding name]" as their surname. Lusina en Errion and Kythie en Tychris, for example.
