I'd use your phone's antivirus to check, but I'd do that with pretty much anything downloaded. The only way to keep your phone "safe" is to turn it off and leave it that way.
Beyond that, the people here are generally trustworthy, and not trying to infect your hardware as a punishment for wanting to play with lewds.
