Now that "Rut Cycle" and "Heat Cycle" are available as perks through the Glowing Behemoth Crystal, I was wondering if they can also be added to Breeder's Bliss. We already have the opposite where if you down a bunch of Sterilex Pills, you'll get "Sterile" and "Firing Blanks" so it'd make sense to do the same with Breeder's Bliss. To be honest, I'm kind of surprised it hasn't been added already considering some scenes available in the early game that trigger when you're in Heat or Rut.
