I found this game on Patreon and I'm surprised there's no thread for it yet, as its aesthetics are similar to CoC/TiTS - lots of large-breasted women with luscious lips and, occasionally, large penises.
It's developed by Boobsgames, who is also the main illustrator, so the art style remains consistent through the game.

Based on what I've seen so far:
Pairings: male protagonist; solo F and M, M/F, F/F, M/M, "futa"/F, "futa"/M, monster/M, in pairs and various groups; non-female-on-male scenes can be turned off at the beginning of the game, otherwise some of that content is optional, but the rest can be avoided only by dodging or never losing to certain opponents; except for a couple of women who can magically summon a penis, "futa" characters have testicles and don't seem to have a vagina
Non-humans: different types of goblins, fairies, a plantgirl, slimegirls, nagas, succubi, elves, orcs, tentacle monsters, a ghost, a minotaur/cowgirl, and a weird priestess with mouthnipples
Acts and fetishes: The core are very busty women (though individual size varies and there are a few exceptions), perpetually horny monstergirls and post-battle sex. My impressions of the game:
Visuals and text: It's built with RPGMaker VX Ace and visually, it uses mostly the standard assets, which is compensated by the high quality of the illustrations. Except for a couple of animations, most illustrations are static, though they change through the scene and many scenes have more than one. You also get proper character busts in the same style, not just avatars. The author's first language is not English and it shows here and there, but there are few grammatical or spelling mistakes, as the author has made the wise move and found an editor. The writing is decent.
Gameplay: The most prominent elements on top of the standard RPGMaker mechanics are the lust and hunger counters. Enemies can use lust attacks in combat, but lust is also necessary for sex scenes, and you have to keep the MC well fed (with something else than elf semen, unless your preferences run that way). Yes, it's another RPGMaker game with a day/night cycle, sleeping, weather and gardening. The game avoids grinding in its most common incarnation - you don't get EXP by defeating enemies, but by completing quests, venturing on dungeon crawls and certain other activities. It still ends up feeling a bit grindy, though less so than some other games, and you also have to do things to earn money, collect potion ingredients and manage your hunger. Skills are a bit weird - I'm not sure, but I think the MC got new skills before leveling up; the levels seemed to affect mostly character stats. It's possible that I missed
Plot and worldbuilding: At this point of development there's nothing grandiose on the horizon, it's just the protagonist developing his magic skills, advancing his relationships with the women of the village, going out on mini-adventures with his best friend and dealing with the occasional problem that arises (e.g. investigating the appearance of an unusually large goblin woman). The tone is light-hearted without going into full silliness, the characters are likeable (even the ones who don't like the protagonist) and lusty without being complete airheads, and the developer has spent some effort to make the village feel alive. The only male elf in the game so far deals fairy dust. Literal fairy dust.
Personal appeal: I liked that some actions can have non-obvious/not-immediate consequences (e.g. if the MC cums on a certain character's breasts, another character will notice it later), and I hope to see more of that in the future. I also like the interactions/relationships between characters and the way a third character can be introduced into existing relationships (the "walks" with Juliet). I hope this is also developed further: for example, since the MC and his partner in adventures can become Best Bi Blowjob Buddies who fuck (or are fucked by...) the same women, it would make sense not to limit their threesomes to goblins.
Further wishlist: Pls more characters with less extreme breasts sizes (though that's probably a lost cause given the author). And futanari with vaginas and no testicles.
Room for improvement: the skill interface needs some rearrangement, e.g. in combat you can use certain skills that are not visible from the Skills menu, so you have to use trial-and-error to find out what they do. The potion-making interface becomes more unwieldy the more potions you know, and it will probably get worse when more potions are added to the game. Certain other things also need to be made more easy to figure out, including more detailed quest descriptions and progress tracking, using the quest system itself more often, and more consistent handling of environmental exploration (e.g. if there's a special picture somewhere, it would be harder to miss if all pictures in the house have a description).
