Hey, I am not sure if I am giving all the neseccary info here but here goes. I had a female character, who had the large human dildo toy equipped, and I had Rosalin mix me some potion, forgot which one, then after that I had option to have vag sex with her, and when I did it gave some popup message (similar popup to what you get when you save a game, though different text in it of course) and after that displayed a sex scene describing my character having actual penis instead of a strap-on, complete with ejaculate and all.
