Saved games for people who like to roleplay with characteristics beyond what the player is normally allowed, keep in mind that they are modified characters not to be efficient, some will have disadvantages such as having more or less stats or different resistance to certain types of damage.

Warning:

1) Do not try to change the race as some powers are oriented to descriptions of horns or wings, although it does not cause conflict in the game, it simply leaves dissonance with the descriptions.

2) Do not change class if you do not want to lose the advantages that do not belong to your class.

Despite being a northern minotaur, you have always been quite stocky, but traveling through the northern lands, you ate some strange fruits, from a nearby forest, and then something in you changed, making you stronger and more manly, but also something else. .. that you still haven't realized, now you go to an inn and you end up helping a Catfolk. Nice idea but... several of these are just outright broken. You shouldn't add perks like Eye of the Storm to lower level characters, and you really should not reduce any abilities to NEGATIVE in an effort to balance things, as it causes weird things with the stats, like your crit chance dropping to negative values, which wasn't ever intended by the basic game design and so could cause weirdness. The stats are also kinda high even for a cheaty character, +9 is way above what NPC minotaurs have, Brint's starting stats are +4 Str, +2 Toughness and +1 Agility in total (racial, + the bonus that for some reason companions are given). The bodies are likewise not really the racial abilities of characters in this game world, Minotaurs don't have nubby cocks for example, only demons do, but that's way less of any sort of issue, I do appearance/body changes all the time.

Nice idea as said, I used to use some premades like good old corrupt multi-dick sorcerer Ceveo for COC1 but... maybe reconsider it a bit.

1) The negative stats will disappear when you level up regardless if you don't focus on those attributes, since by default the minimum is 2 and this is not only to compensate for the character advantages but also the role of your character for example if you are a titan or a bimbo, you'll be at a disadvantage in speed or intelligence no matter how much you focus on that feature.

2) The powers, resistances, stats etc...Its function is also to be more immersive, for example, the goblin is a weak character, which forces you to use summons or use abilities based on intelligence, and the minotaur has weaknesses like the blight and pheromones like the rest of the feral races.

3) The role past of the minotaur is to have been corrupted in part for x reasons, so both his strength and his physicality are supernatural.

In any case, there's no point in complaining, people are free to use them or not, I just made them for fun and just like you, everyone will have an opinion and it would be impossible to satisfy everyone properly.
