Return to Deck 13?

Okay so I might have missed something but how exactly do I return to Deck 13 to get the goo armour after helping the gray goo lady at the end of the Ghost Deck quest with Anno?

You get to it the first time by talking to Anno but her dialog doesn't seem to allow for a return trip? again unless I missed something in one of her dialogs or something.

You don't need to grapple the side of the Novahome to get back to Deck 13. There's an elevator next to Shekka's shop. It's the box with a star on it.
