Resetting Kiro Quest/Getting back to the sex dolls ship

So I accidentally deleted a save and now I got Kiro on my ship. Although reasonably sure there is no way just wanted to double-check if people know a way to get back there.
Know the old save editor doesn't work with the new system and tried the cheat but since I have Kiro now it auto-ends it.
Appreciate any help.

You can use the Cheat Menu to teleport there, but the encounters are disabled.

I didn't grab some of the unique items there, I guess can spawn those but just wanted to check anyway.

You could probably reset the flags with the Console (F12).
flags["NAME_OF_FLAG"] = value

but that's probably more trouble than it's worth.
If you do want to reset the flags, look in the Source code. Flash and old, but the syntax is still valid.
