I read through the submission guidelines, but I wanted some clarification on what specifically is need in submitting Hair styles and Tattoo styles. I always thought that CoC II lacked hairstyles from medieval europe/japan, and the fact that you still can't get a tattoo in kitsune (kanji) which is one of the most popular tattoos.
As they always said, if you want something done, you got to do it yourself.
So far, as I understand it, what is needed for a new hairstyle is a stylist description and an appearance description.
Is there more?
Would the submission be rejected out of hand?
