So, I don't know if this is supposed to happen or whatnot, but I turned Badger into a Bimbo, and upon checking on Penny, I found out that I could still report badger as if she was still not a bimbo. Meanwhile, the option next to that option says she's still a bimbo, and she doesn't need to be reported.
