[Ren'Py] Search for a Sister

Search for a Sister is a game made using Ren'Py following Beatrix and her sister Cally in a new world after their own was on the brink of destruction. While in the rift between their world and the new, they are separated and according to an NPC, might be able to be reunited in 10 days after the tour of the town. The cast is currently limited yet funny and planned to add more characters, races, etc.


Currently in the game:


A long intro including a couple of dreams, first a wet one then a nightmare, an limited introduction to the new town, and ends at the first day of the game for now.

Sounds good!  I like the kinks mention but some fetishes aren't for everybody.  Keep in mind in mind avoidance options for more extreme kinks if you are considering having them at all; choices like NO! or Maybe Later... with NO! flagging the event to not come up again.   Some ppl like bugs or watersports; I don't.  You get the idea.

For this game, Beatrix is locked as a girl but with access to hermaphroditism. Androol only has Yuki and Lavender concept arts drawn as of yet and is working on buttons. Gonna get personal and double dildo added to Elly's shop and work on actions within Ruby's inn like getting to actually go to the onsen, take somebody to the dancehall, etc. And @Ethereal Dragon I guess it's a good thing I never stated it was a VN then. Regardless, I do want to put art in it, I'm just waiting for Androol.

Change log includes:1. A masturbation First Time scene for both regular and dildo.
2. Confession scenes finished EXCEPT for one thing I found in the lint after making the current build with Ruby's where an option for a virgin Beatrix to finger Ruby assuming Yuki is already a lover before Ruby's confession. It will close the game if you choose that option so if your Beatrix still is a virgin don't have her finger Ruby and just get deflowered.
3. Fleshed out the shops.
4. Some files prepared for later like for a dance party or everybody acquainted to Beatrix that live at the inn (at least) heading to the onsen.

I'm going to try and figure out how to get hunting to yield more but I'll give it a base per difficulty unless you want to try the Risky one where there will be no base. Nothing but RNG there.

I would also like to add a goo girl, but I'll keep that on the idea list unless Androol doesn't mind. Currently he's working on Luriel's concept art.

Well I got hit by the Stomach Flu but thankfully after I got the update ready. Just had to upload it and make the post. My laptop also needed a factory reset but I managed to evac Search for a Sister by going into Safe mode and copying the entire folder onto a flash drive.


WARNING! This build will require a clean install!


Changelog includes:


1: Character backstories for all the girls and hang out text.


2: 2 new scenes each for Yuki and Elly. I also got the scene written for Luriel getting in on Lavender's confession scene.


3: An overhaul to how the variables worked. Everything should work like it is supposed to now.

Main feature of this update is Ruby and Cally.Change List includes:
1. Domme and toy scenes for Ruby plus a gift from her.
2. Clothing mechanic because Ruby won't let you hunt with her gift worn.
3. Toy scenes for Cally included virginity taking with the double dildo if owned.
4. Virginity scenes for Tomone. You thought Ruby was a worrywart? No scenes have been written as of yet for after you've taken her phallic virginity or given her your own phallic virginity though.

Planned additions:

It was brought to my attention of some really major game killing bugs that snuck past my Orkin Streak and brutalized it.



With the severity of how bugged the current build was, I am releasing what I have into the Faerie Village and Coral but it still mostly WIP as she only has a history, hang out, confession, and defloration of Beatrix scene as well as a morning scene for the deflowering and a standard morning scene. Standard morning scene is also WIP with only a few lines of narration/dialogue total.



After this, until another hopefully to-be-rare emergency update must be made, I will resume normal uploading schedules between Patreon, my blogspot, and the forums I posted on.

The Water district and Faerie Village are now accessible and most locations are still locked but accounting for a total of 5 random events per zone.

Coral, Yuki, and Alraune star in this update with a bunch of frisky content.



Change log includes:

1. Coral has some more scenes especially for her Electricity action after becoming a lover.



2. Alraune now has a defloration scene and sex with the half-fey plantgirl now requires Coral as a lover.

Character work, Fixes, And... Flowers?
On a small noter note than the title, I also might have had to call the Orkin men on a bug infestation with the game. This bug had apparently been hiding rather well and would have closed the game out upon completing a certain scene rather than going to that character's morning scene to let Beatrix go and play the next day.

Until my HP Envy gets a new Seagate ST1000LM024 (model number), it is completely out of service and this junker can barely play much of anything if at all with Osu! being pretty much the only exception.

Fun with Lavender

Since Lavender, Luriel, and Tomone are behind, I spent this month working on Lavender catching her up.No three/foursome scenes yet involving Luriel and/or Cally just yet but are planned.
Over the course of this next month, I'll be working on getting Luriel caught up. Wonder how this little elf is gonna get playful. We'll just have to wait and see.
Set up some framework in Lavender's scenes as well for whether it was Luriel or Beatrix that takes her first so going to use the same structure in Luriel's scenes.

I did manage to get get Luriel caught up minus 4 scenes which include 2 vanilla lesbian play scenes and 2 post-virginity double dildo scenes. Got some ideas writing the herm scenes for how her toy plays are managed and I'll let you figure them out. Clues in the dialogue.

In the last update's post, I accidentally said Lavender when I meant Coral. Worry not though as all three characters Luriel, Coral, and Tomone as well as Elly have been caught up. All that remains is a scene where Beatrix becomes a herm for Ruby with both a "Beatrix's First Time" scene and the two scenes for after Beatrix's phallic virginity is gone.

Random Events and a Scroll


Well time to stop seeing nothing but "Placeholder" randomly appear during a random timeslot. These were events I had not written scenes for but now there are!

Changelog includes:

1: Ruby holds Dance Parties. Currently only Cally can be danced with as per my devnote within the scene.
2: Ruby might also call certain people to her inn's onsen for a nice steamy bath. We all know where this may go. I also added a skip menu since they tend to run for a good few lines.
3: Cally's Herm Scroll can now be bought! The option requires 50k credits for it to be available and a confirmation menu will appear.
4: Yuki can also visit Beatrix now!
5: More rewordings and thankfully no bugs yet.

Bad Month, Mountain, and Tentacles

I didn't get much done this month as I was feeling sick for the majority of it and had some pretty severe writer's block as well, but I did get two new scenes in involving exploring the mountain and a post-virginity tentacle scene.

Still Slow and the Mountain

My head is still feeling weird, but I got more progress done on the mountain. Only one last scene slot left for it (for now) but I'm thinking of taking a break from the mountain for another exploration zone like Central in the city for example.

1: Flower scene in the mountain is now added.
2: Who says Chronostorms can happen in just the early morning? Knowing Tomone, something is bound to go down if one pops while Beatrix is at the mountain.

Central Is Open.
Still slow and messed up but getting to feeling a bit better. For now, you might have noticed an unfinished seeming fifth scene in the mountain. Little thing slipped past me and I went ahead and finished it up for now though I had plans for it after the player became lovers with Tomone and was no longer virgin. I'd like to come back to that later, but, for now, I've opened up Central. Me and Gundaran make a reappearance though it doesn't lead to any sex scenes with anybody (currently).

Well I added a couple encounters in the subgroup of the explorations of Central. You can bump into Yuki and, provided you've had fun a certain way and rescued Cally, can have some outdoors fun! But yes, update aside, I have been suffering from the flu the past few days. Body aches? Chills? Not fun. Flus are evil.
