I've been working on a lesbian visual novel recently and I'm currently working hard on the 0.4 version of the game. If you want to try it out, version 0.3 can be grabbed from my patreon page (as can the free public version 0.1). The game isn't very fetish heavy, it's mostly just a romantic experience between two women. They are sisters though, so it does include incest.

Reminds me of a Love Ribbon, a VN that came out earlier this year on Steam about a high school girl whose estranged sister moves in with her and they end up in a lesbian relationship. Seems pretty distinct from it, I guess, although the 3D assets still look a bit generic in this oversaturated medium.
