Get a dick and then choose priapism purge that will remove all male organs completely.
Yeah, but then I ran into the issue of getting a penis without losing my feminine stuff or gaining other things
While I can assume you got it all sorted out, I'd like to comment on your penis-getting problem just so you and others can know for later. There are at least two TF's catered to only growing a dick and not affecting anything else. The main one everyone knows is Throbb, but that has problems obviously. There's also Virection, sold on NT in Busky's shop, that only grows dicks.
