Redemption Quest Line

Hello, I am having a problem with the redemption Quest line I collected the Codex points for the quest but didn't start the quest until later now, it doesn't register that I've collected them, and I can't continue the quest line now.

I have the same issue. I got the Tollus' notes BEFORE I started the Redemption quest. It registered the first one, but not the second one and now I am stuck.

I am on version 0.5.9
