Recruit Anno?

So did something change in how you recruit Anno? I took a several month long break from builds and suddenly I find myself unable to recruit her. In the past I swear all you had to do was talk about recruitment and she would give you her mission and you could go and do it. Now I only get a talk about her not giving me special treatment and her having interns.

What am I missing?

You need to sex her first. Make sure you actually sex her (and not pick the option to use the vibrator).

Yeah it got changed for some reason some time ago. Not exactly sure what version though.
