Recent Changes to Tutorial? (i.e. what happened to Mhenga start)

I could've sworn that some time ago, the game would railroad you to Mhenga after F.I.R.S.T-14... Am I remembering it wrong?

I think that used to be the case, but it was deliberately changed to give the player more agency (besides, there was nothing stopping you from just flying to Tavros immediately upon landing on Mhen'ga).
