So it's safe to assume that any powers tagged [Ranged] require a ranged/thrown weapon to use, yes? Say for instance, Wyvern Sting or Shatterstrike mandate your main weapon needing to be ranged/thrown.
But what about Fan of Blades? I know that when you get that kunoichi outfit, it statesthat it came with a belt of kunai or some such for you to use for it, but I thought that said belt was with the outfit and not specifically for the power; so is it the belt making the power useable when I wield say, a Straight Pike? Or is this maybe another bug involving strictly melee weapons being able to use a ranged power?
